2004 CLAIMING PARTNERSHIP

Welcome to the Humes Racing, LLC 2004 Claiming Partnership. We will be racing at Remington Park (Oklahoma City, OK) and Charles Town Race Track. We are looking claim horses at both tracks.

This partnership will have a total of 15 shares. Each share is priced at $1000 per share. Humes Racing, LLC will keep 5 shares. There are 10 shares available. Share value my fluctuate depending upon the current state of the partnership.

The initial total pool will be $15,000. Each share would represent a 1/15 or 7% interest in the partnership. Humes Racing, LLC will be the managing parter and will send out monthly bills to each partner. Each partner will get a copy of the bills. Each share will be responsible for 1/15 or 7% of the costs associated with the partnership.

In addition, each partner will be given a unique ID and login information to see the current financial status of the partnership and his/her share value. This private information will be available on this website once the partnership is up and running.

The horse(s) will race in the orange and blue silks of Humes Racing, LLC.

This partnership will try to take advantage of the generous purses offered at Charles Town. Typically the day rate is $35 to $40 per day at Charles Town and Remington Park. The purses at Remington Park do not compare to Charles Town but opportunity to get a decent horse at good price at Remington Park is far greater. Once Remington Park closes in December 2004, all horses will be transferred to Charles Town Race Track.

To join is simple: Download the claiming partnership agreement form. Read it and make sure you understand it. Fill out your part. Mail it to Humes Racing, LLC, 14704 Jovial Court, Bowie, MD 20721. You have a choice of mailing in your check or click on the paypal button below. Once your form is reviewed you will get a sign copy back from Humes Racing, LLC.

The partnership will close when the remaining 10 shares are sold.

Humes Racing, LLC will notify all partners when the shares are sold.
